Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship throughout Italy. Each order is processed and shipped on the next business day after purchase. Delivery takes place within 3-5 business days from shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: intact, unused, and with the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid directly to the payment method used. Crediting times depend on your banking institution (usually 5–10 business days).
